|  As I read the local paper I am amazed yet again with another crazy name. Someone gave their opinion yesterday on Dr. MLK, and if he would be happy with how far we've come as a nation today. Well, the person who gave the answer was named, Knowledge Born. Now how can you take this person seriously?!?! Arrggggg!

| Next Friday our school will be having a quality review. I haven't been paying much attention but it sounds pretty serious the admin is frantically making check lists for us and seem to be in a panic. well amisdts all this I have discovered the the secretary does not have my state certification. OH that's just f'n great. I just went thru my files at home with no luck. I sure as hell hope that it is in my file cabinet in my classroom. Who the hell looks for these things anyway?! I've been getting a paycheck for over 11 years now. NOW they want my certification! Wish me luck when I look for it today. Otherwise I'll have to deal with the state ed. dept for another copy. HOLY CRAP!

|  just when you think you've heard them all another crazy name comes along. I was reading the Staten Island advance the other day about a barber who was shot in his shop. Some shady business or something but they mentioned his wife and child who's name is get this: Almighty Umajesty! Holy Geez do they not know that this kid has to grow up with this name?! I can't even imagine calling his name during attendance. I think I would have to transfer out of the class or change careers.

| I am up earlier than usual. Will be visiting a sick friend after school today. She is on total bedrest. Pregnant with a tear in her uterus. Send out any positive energy. Two people I know gave birth just in the past 2 week. One good friend from college and my late cousin's daughter. She needed a new little light after her mother died. The baby is actually named after her. My daughter was pretty excited to go to the maternity ward and see the baby. They are all soooo cute all wrapped up like little pigs in a blanket with just their round heads poking out. Babies rule!
